Policy Evaluation Toolkit was developed by Balkan Green Foundation as part of the “Green Rural Deal” project, in close cooperation with Wuppertal Institut, Germanwatch as well as other implementing partners such as Regional Association of Local Government and RES Foundation. The Toolkit was further developed and improved through the "Green Horizons: Enabling Just Transition" project, implemented in partnership with CENER21 and Germanwatch. Both projects are financed by the European Climate Initiative (EUKI) of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMUKN).
